Per il reparto di Nefrologia dell'Ospedale Bolognini di Seriate (BG), siamo alla ricerca di un Medico Nefrologo con i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia
Abilitazione professionale
Iscrizione all’Albo
Specializzazione in Nefrologia o in discipline equipollenti
Valutiamo un inserimento sia in libera professione che con contratto di dipendenza a tempo indeterminato (CCNL AIOP).
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’ E RESPONSABILITA’
Assicura l’ottimale svolgimento del trattamento emodialitico personalizzato, vigilando sulle procedure dialitiche
Trattamento di pazienti con IRC III, IV e V stadio e con patologia glomerulare primitiva e secondaria;
Trattamento di pazienti emodializzati con relative complicanze: casi di insufficienza renale acuta o cronica riacutizzata, casi di sindrome nefritica-nefrosica, patologia infettiva;
Diagnostica ecografica
Posizionamento di CVC per emodialisi
Esecuzione di biopsie renali
Aggiorna in EuCliD i risultati degli esami di laboratorio mensili, trimestrali, annuali
Aggiorna in EuCliD la Cartella Clinica del Paziente ei programmi di monitoraggio clinico-epidemiologico
È a disposizione del Paziente e dei suoi familiari dal suo ingresso nel Reparto fino alla sua uscita a trattamento terminato
Collabora con il Direttore Responsabile alla formazione ed addestramento di tutto il Personale Sanitario
Collabora col Direttore Responsabile a tutto quanto sopra per la garanzia della Qualità dell’assistenza al Paziente
Garantisce il proprio continuo aggiornamento scientifico con la partecipazione a congressi e corsi di aggiornamento.
